Kilroot Energy Park can lead the way in the transition towards lower carbon and renewable generation. EP Kilroot therefore believe that the site should also have a key educational role in promoting the importance of decarbonisation.
A ‘Learning and Visitors Centre’ is proposed
including a classroom with briefing materials such as models, videos and other interactive media, leaflets on decarbonisation, renewables, biodiversity and recycling and viewing facilities (including at the biodiversity area).
It is envisaged that schools, colleges and universities, as well as the local community, will be interested in learning more about the state-of-the-art on-site operations at Kilroot Energy Park through visiting this unique first-class facility.Contact Us
